With a remarkable 14 years of nursing experience, Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge, having spent seven years as a home health field clinician and engaging in recent roles in infusion pharmacy and hospice marketing.

Crystal is dedicated to supporting seniors in aging in place through home health's multidisciplinary approach. Her commitment is exemplified by her focused efforts to provide the medical community with educational resources to enhance patient care and the overall patient experience during transitions from hospital or facility to home. Additionally, she excels at making connections and ensuring patients can access the necessary services for safe and independent living at home. We are confident that Crystal's expertise will be a valuable asset to our evolving team, patients, and referral partners.

Beyond her professional achievements, Crystal's personal journey led her to Richmond in 2015 after relocating from Eastern NC. She finds joy in spending quality time with her teenage son and exploring the landscapes along the James River with her two dogs.
